MacuCoach™ is the sole product currently developed and commercialized by Arex AI. It is a live, standalone digital health platform designed for older adults living with AMD. Clinical Validation
MacuCoach™ is currently preparing a 12-week feasibility and usability study in collaboration with the American Macular Degeneration Foundation (AMDF). The study will evaluate usability, engagement, health literacy, lifestyle adherence, and patient experience in older adults living with AMD.

Dr. Mahmood Piraee is a registered pharmacist and pharmaceutical scientist with a doctorate in Molecular and Cellular Biology and more than 30 years of clinical pharmacy practice.
His work is dedicated to building and commercializing MacuCoach™, translating evidence-based clinical science into an accessible digital health product that improves patient adherence, health literacy, and daily engagement for older adults living with AMD.
